Hailey grew up in Westhampton Beach, New York. She earned her Master of Architecture from the University of Virginia, where she also studied historic preservation.
Hailey’s connection to the coastline and the East End’s distinctive architecture inspired her decision to pursue a career in the Hamptons. She completed a summer internship with MSA in 2023 and returned as a full-time Designer the following year.
During her time with the firm, she has had the opportunity to further her detail-oriented approach to residential design and participate in projects that intentionally integrate the past into the present.
When not at MSA, Hailey enjoys spending time with her friends and family at the beach or at their family home.
